You must not:
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any systems connected to it.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that could damage or interfere with the website.
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without our permission, except where permitted by law.
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from errors or interruptions.
3. Who Can Purchase From Us
Our website is primarily intended for consumers purchasing products for personal use.
Businesses and trade customers may also purchase through the website, but unless otherwise expressly agreed with us, the same website prices and ordering process apply.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order with us.
4. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, packaging, appearance and minor product details may vary from those shown.
We may update product information or discontinue products without notice.
All products are subject to availability.
5. Age-Restricted Products
Some products sold through our website may contain blades or otherwise be subject to legal age restrictions.
By purchasing an age-restricted product, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age required to purchase that product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that an age-restricted product is being purchased unlawfully.
Where required by law, proof of age may be requested.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. However, mistakes can occasionally occur.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before your order has been accepted, we will contact you and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
We are not obliged to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the pricing error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
7. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement or payment confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not mean that we have accepted it.
Your order is accepted and a contract between you and Abloom Ltd is formed when we dispatch your goods.
If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment you have made.
8. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Offer a suitable alternative product, which you can choose whether to accept; or
- Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund.
We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
9. Payment
Payment must be made through one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Depending on availability, these may include:
- Major credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

- Other payment methods offered through our payment providers
Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal and WooPayments and/or the payment services made available through them.
Your use of a particular payment service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
Where a payment provider offers credit, deferred payment or instalment services, such as Klarna or Clearpay, any credit agreement is between you and the relevant payment provider and is subject to their eligibility requirements and terms.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer or transaction.

Our standard service is next-working-day delivery following dispatch. This is our normal delivery service and is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
Courier delays, adverse weather, unusually high demand and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.
AM and Saturday delivery may be available on request for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering if you require one of these services.
International delivery may also be available by quotation. Please contact us for details.
Full information can be found in our Delivery Policy.
11. Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.
12. Cancelling an Order
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to certain exceptions.
Once you tell us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because we aim to dispatch orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop an order once it has been submitted.
Full details of cancellations and returns can be found in our Refund & Returns Policy.
13. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
Where you simply change your mind, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer legislation.
14. Faulty Products and Warranties
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Some products may previously have been supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. Unless a warranty is expressly stated as currently available on the relevant product page, we do not promise that a separate manufacturer’s warranty applies to a product.
The absence or expiry of a manufacturer’s warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have against us as the retailer.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us.
15. Customer Accounts
You may be able to place an order as a guest or create a customer account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
16. Discount Codes and Promotions
We may occasionally offer discount codes, special offers or other promotions.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including minimum spends, qualifying products, expiry dates or limits on the number of times an offer can be used.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
- Promotions are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or refuse a promotion where there has been an obvious error, misuse, fraud or breach of its terms.
Any specific promotional terms provided at the time of an offer will take precedence over this section where they conflict.
17. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where products are purchased for commercial or business purposes, we will not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
18. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, transport disruption, courier delays, strikes, supply chain disruption, natural disasters, failures of telecommunications networks or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
